Workouts for the week of 7/31 - 8/6
Congratulations on all our Half Vineman finishers! We hope you all were able to take away some valuable insights into your preparation, nutrition and pacing plans for your ‘A’ race in Canada later this month (yippie!).
Here’s a look at the week ahead.
Tuesday: 6:30pm – Recovery spin at Sports Basement. The calendar calls for 45’ spin following the race this past weekend.
Wednesday: 6:30pm – Open water swim and Run at Redwood shores. Bring your wetsuit and don’t forget your sneaks for a 50-60’ run after!
Thursday: 6:30pm – Anybody up for a group brick? Ping the list with suggestions.
Friday: 6:00am – Run at Rancho. Meet at the Bathrooms.
Saturday: 7:30am – Swim/Ride from Erkenbrack. Open water swim followed by long (5 hour max) ride. We need to be in the water swimming by 8am.
Sunday: 8:00am – EZ pace brick. Look for more details on a possible Rancho brick later this week.
