Directions to weekend workouts: FIT & Gunderson HS

Saturday, Captains 30 minute ride at FIT @ 8:00AM
600 Rancho Shopping Center, Los Altos
* From 280: Take Foothill Expressway Exit East. Shopping center is between Springer and Magdalena. Please park in the parking lot behind FIT.
* Please arrive by 7:40am to give yourself plenty of time to get ready, pump tires, hear ride info, etc. We’ll roll out of FIT on our bikes at 8:00am sharp!

Sunday, Coached swim/run at Gunderson High School @ 8:00AM
622 Gaundabert Lane, San Jose
From Highway 85 (North or South) and Highway 87 South
• Take the Santa Teresa exit
• Turn right on Thornwood
• Turn right on Winfield
• Turn right on Chynoweth
• Turn right on Gaundabert
• Entrance is straight ahead

We will be meeting at the pool. Park in the lot just past the track/football field.

Swim starts at 8:00AM sharp.

What person do you look up to the most and why? My friend and hero, Louie Bonpua. Life dealt him some tough cards. Rather than give up, he fought back, not just for himself, but for others as well. He left the world a better place for his being there. I can only hope to be so successful.
